Executive South Family Golf and Recreation Center

Executive South Family Golf and Recreation Center is centrally located in the town of Henrietta at 3850 East Henrietta Road (state route 15A), adjacent to the New York State Thruway (I-90).

Open since 1992, Executive South offers a wide range of recreational programs to the community. Purchased by the Foundation in December 2007 to preserve the land and offer an affordable recreational facility to area residents, the center serves as the Henrietta Foundation's headquarters.

About the Golf Course and Facilities
This 9-hole, par 3 golf course is a USGA member club. It is designed on 25 acres using its naturally occurring ponds, creek, land formations, and native flora. The facility also has a Learning Center with teaching staff, a driving range with chipping and putting greens, and a Clubhouse with a snack bar.

The entire facility is handicapped accessible and has been designated an official Veteran's Administration Rehab Center. Among other events, it hosts activities for Rochester Rehabilitation, the Special Olympics, and area Continuing Education programs.

Club House Facility Open for Snacks, Special Events, and Parties
The Clubhouse's snack bar is open daily.

Why Does the Foundation Own Executive South?
This golf and recreation center meets the Foundation’s mission of preservation, recreation, and education in many ways. By purchasing the property the Foundation:

Is preserving 25 acres of managed greenspace within the town of Henrietta.
Maintains a public recreational facility. All facilities are 100% handicapped accessible.
Hosts important programs including the Special Olympics Level 1 competition and those utilizing Rochester Rehabilitation Center's three specially adapted golf carts on the handicapped accessible course.
Is working with area schools and colleges to integrate learning opportunities into their curricula regarding ecology through the maintenance of the physical plant of the course, and business skills through management of the club house.
Is expanding our outreach so that more youth, college students, families, adults, and seniors can learn and enjoy the sport.

Did you know...?

Executive South is the chosen site for hosting Rochester Rehabilitation SportsNet programs and Special Olympics Level One golf.
Executive South is the designated facility for the Veterans Outreach Center. We can never do enough for our Veterans.
Executive South offers range instruction and course play for the legally blind through ABVI.
In addition to working with Rush-Henrietta and Brighton's Golf Teams, Executive South's programs have also been enjoyed by the Boys and Girls Club of Rochester, Quad A for Kids, the Rochester and Geneseo School districts, and Lima Christian School.

Executive South holds youth camps for area recreation departments for the Rush Henrietta community and surrounding areas.
This course hosts ECO camp, which allows youth to explore career opportunities.
Day in and day out, this course allows our area youth to be off the streets engaging in a physically active game that teaches them important life skills such as patience, sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
